I worked with Aven at Seaside Accupuncture to help with treatment of insomnia and hormone imbalances. Aven has such a caring and healing heart, I would highly recommend her services to anyone! Ive suffered from insomnia a majority of my life and somehow on her table my mind is able to magically quiet itself and even a few times I fell asleep (which says a lot for me!). Aven is extremely knowledgeable, Ive learned so much about myself and my body just through my appointments with her. Whatever your needs might be, I would highly recommend working with Aven!
