Holistic Reflexology is a calm and soothing massage of the pressure points on the feet. It is based on the Chinese Medicine map on the feet and has many positive benefits. Reflexology enhances the self-healing power of the body, strengthens the immune system, reduces pain and provides deep relaxation and stress reduction.

Your initial visit consists of a detailed intake of your entire health history, current state of health and plan regarding attaining your current health goals, a Chinese medicine physical and acupuncture treatment. Your first visit can take from 90 minutes up to 2 hours. Plan for one hour, allowing time to discuss concerns and goals and to receive a full acupuncture treatment.

I am Nationally Board Certified Diplomate of Acupuncture, Dipl. Ac. I earned my Master's Degree in Acupuncture at the well-respected Tai Sophia Institute in Maryland (now the Maryland University of Integrative Health), a fully accredited institution. After completing the 2,600 hours required to earn my degree in 2004, I elected to become Nationally Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Jenny Karns

Jenny Karns received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Kansas before earning her master's in acupuncture and certificate in Chinese herbal medicine from the Academy of Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, Fla. She is licensed as an acupuncturist by the Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners, and nationally board certified to practice acupuncture (NCCAOM Diplomate).
