Your first visit includes a full health history review, an acupuncture treatment, and lifestyle/nutrition and herbal recommendations, if applicable. Schedule a follow-up to keep up with your treatment plan. Cupping, gua sha, essential oils, and moxibustion may be used. Length of appointment is dependent on modalities being used.
