We provide medical skin checks, acne treatment, and cosmetic procedures including Botox, laser hair removal, and chemical peels.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept Medicare and most major medical plans but are not contracted with Humana Gold, Medicaid Plans, or PHCS.
How can I schedule an appointment?
Call 513-421-DERM (3376) or complete our online form with preferred dates/times for a staff response.
What are your office hours?
Tuesday-Thursday 7:30 AM-2:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM-3:00 PM. Closed weekends and major holidays.
What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice required for cancellations. Missed appointments incur $50-$100 fees depending on patient status.

I have trusted Dr. Long with my dermatological needs for over 20 years. She has seen me through my several bouts of basal carcinoma and taken care of pre-cancerous growths on my face. Her knowledge, support, and guidance are unmatched in her field. Her approach is singular and not one treatment fits all. I have extremely fair and sensitive skin, and she always has suggestions and advice on how to take the best care of not only my face, but my overall skincare. Nonetheless, the unconcerned indifference and attitude demeanor of the office staff stood out so bleakly I feel compelled to post to save anyone time from engaging with this business.
First, the office is not easy to locate nor navigate the parking as a non-downtown resident.
So, it's 17 degrees, snowy, and I am 7 months pregnant. I parked at the Fountain Square Garage per the instructions of the hand drawn map on the website.
So, it took me a 10 minute walk to get to the

I had the almost exact same experience as Marie S. wrote on here back in 2016, which appears to be hidden on this page. Like Marie wrote, I showed up to my appointment only to find out that Dr. Long was out of the country for some sort of "training", which now that I am reading Marie's review was most likely a vacation as well. The appointment was canceled and yet no one had attempted to contact me. I asked why I was not contacted and the woman at the staff who has been incredibly rude the entire time I have been coming here told me they tried to call me and couldn't reach me. Come to find out

Dr Long is fantastic! Her staff is always kind, helpful, and professional. I've been seeing her for over 5 years now. She's incredibly detailed and thorough (measures everything and records it to note changes, but doesn't immediately start cutting which I appreciate). I've worked with MANY dermatologist over the years and she and her staff are by far the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've moved and its worth it to drive in for appointments.
