Excellent service, thorough inspections, and accountability. I wouldn't choose to inspect with any other company. After moving, I discovered an issue that was not found during the inspection, although it was checked. HomeProbe covered the costly repair without question, and recommended a contractor who did quality work. What a horrible experience... I am RARELY one to complain- especially on yelp. However....at first, I thought this company did a good job. They were communicative and "through". However, just after 5 days, I have run into numerous serious issues which could easily have been caught by a truly careful inspection. This is my first home and I felt like I went with the best option presented to by my relator (and that was my mistake).
However, after the FIRST wash, my washer started leaking and the HVAC unit also began leaking after 30 minutes of use. These are just two examples of the MANY
