Train With Ron is the longest active Private Personal Training Gym in Chicago. There's a reason why: TWR's business model puts the clients' goals and safety first. TWR will design a workout exclusively for you, your goals, and your fitness level. TWR is not a "boot camp" or one size fits all training program all while making TWR the most affordable private personal training in Chicago!
This is our career and full time job. We are not aspiring actors or using this as a part-time job or stepping stone for another life pursuit. We are 100% committed to helping you achieve your goals! We still live and practice what we teach. Prior to becoming a personal trainer in 2001, Ron enjoyed a successful career for the nation's largest trade show contractor. His entrepreneurial spirit, passion for personal fitness and athletics coupled with a strong desire to help others achieve their personal fitness goals lead him to leave a promising business career and become owner of Train With Ron.

Success Stories
Report
When it comes personal training, Ron has no peer. His winning combination of world class know-how and likability actually makes it fun to push yourself to utter exhaustion. I know from my own research Ron incorporates the latest health science into his regimens. His gym has the feeling of a community, an extended family of sorts so that you're always surrounded by people who support the right habits.

It all started as a bet with a listener and Tom Waddle of Waddle and Silvy on ESPN Radio Chicago AM 1000. ESPN Radio asked Train With Ron if we could provide a bench and two 90 lb dumbbells. How could we say no? Train With Ron matched the initial bet Waddle had with the listener and in conjunction with Mark Giangreco of ABC Channel 7 Chicago and Marc Silverman we all raised over $2100 for the Haiti relief fund.
