Chef Kirk started his culinary career with pizza, working full time at a pizza shop while going to culinary school. He attended The International Culinary Academy in Pittsburgh and graduated in 1991. He has worked in small quaint restaurants, on an Island (a few times), local country clubs, hotels & even The Castle Restaurant at Disney.

Moving the family up & down the East Coast but we always would return to North Huntingdon. Both his wife Tonya & Son Reece are Norwin Graduates. Kirk has always talked about opening a "small place".
