We are one of the oldest Ayurveda centers in New York City, managed by Vaidya (Dr.) Naina Marballi since 1998. We are also one of very few centers in the United States to be certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) to provide Ayurveda Study Programs. Our center specializes in Ayurvedic workshops, study programs, consultations, and skin care services.

A spacious and serene room large enough to comfortably seat 40 people. The perfect space for a variety of activities where you can enjoy an amazing full kitchen and sun-drenched space. The room boasts one side of four floor-to-ceiling windows creating the ideal space for yoga and meditation classes, workshops, lectures, cooking classes, and special events.

Our Holistic Health Consultations are aimed to develop an Ayurvedic Health Plan tailored to your unique constitution (dosha) and addressing any imbalances you may be experiencing. Our Ayurvedic Physician, Dr. Naina Marballi, will analyze your individual life force, capacity for transformation, and immunity according to the dominant presence of the five elements in your cells (air, space, fire, water, and earth).

You are cordially invited to join Dr. Naina for a review session the last Wednesday of every month from 7-9 PM at Ayurvedas World for an Advanced Training Session. This group discussion is only for students of Dr. Naina's Ayurvedic Course and is free of charge.
