Services
Acne Treatments
Our clinic offers comprehensive acne treatment plans tailored to individual skin types and severity levels. We utilize topical medications, antibiotics, Accutane, and extraction techniques to address inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne lesions. Our board-certified dermatologists develop personalized skincare regimens to prevent future breakouts while minimizing scarring and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Treatment effectiveness is monitored through regular follow-up appointments to ensure optimal results.
Skin Cancer Detection
We provide thorough skin cancer screenings for early detection of melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers. Our specialists examine suspicious moles and growths using dermatoscopic imaging and perform biopsies when necessary. Patients receive education on self-examination techniques and sun protection strategies. High-risk individuals benefit from scheduled monitoring programs to track changes in existing moles and identify new lesions promptly.
Mole Removal
Our clinic offers surgical mole removal for both medical and cosmetic reasons. Using sterile techniques, we perform excisional biopsies with proper wound closure for suspicious lesions and elective removals for bothersome moles. Patients receive detailed post-operative care instructions to minimize scarring. All removed tissue undergoes pathological analysis to rule out malignancy when indicated.
Psoriasis Management
We develop customized treatment plans for managing plaque psoriasis and other subtypes affecting the scalp, elbows, knees, and trunk. Treatment options include medicated shampoos, topical corticosteroids, phototherapy, and biologic agents for moderate to severe cases. Patients receive guidance on trigger avoidance and skin hydration techniques to reduce flare-ups and maintain remission periods.
Wart Removal
Our providers treat common warts, plantar warts, and flat warts using cryotherapy, topical acids, and minor surgical techniques. We educate patients on preventing transmission through proper hygiene practices. Treatment plans consider lesion location, patient age, and immune status to select the most effective modality while minimizing discomfort and scarring risks.

Courtney ruined my face. She did a biopsy punch on two inflamed areas on my body and the punch biopsy scars did not heal properly due to inflammation. I have a hole in my face! Any dermatologist with actually licensing knows not to do this, all of this couldve been prevented with a difference procedure. A simple google search wouldve taught her inflammation under skin will cause more scarring and tougher healing process. I am now working with a new dermatologist to get the inflammation resolved in order to fix the damage Courtney did!

I recently moved to Savannah and was searching for a new Dermatologist. I stumbled on this place via google search and was luckily able to get an appointment within a couple days. My first appointment was with Courtney Williams, the NP at the practice. She was so attentive to my needs and helped me solve all my acne problems, cant thank her enough!

I have been coming to this office for over a year, and I have always had the best experience with the front desk staff, medical assistants and the providers. Courtney has helped me get my acne under control! Dr. Pritzker has removed a cyst on my face and you can barely even tell it was ever done! Love this place and the staff!

Having been a repeat customer over the past year to this business, I want to advise everyone to please avoid this practice and save yourself some time. The staff and doctors do not value your time, due to the fact each time I have showed up for an appointment I have waited for at least half an hour to 45 minutes to be seen. A couple of times I have had to leave the room I was waiting in and ask the staff at the front desk if I had been forgotten about. I understand being short staffed, sometimes some appointments take longer than others, but the staff will neglect to warn you about that and leave
