I see Dr Sartori once a year for my cancer screening. He is always so attentive and willing to answer all my questions . The staff in the back; very friendly and always have a smile and happy attitude towards patients. I highly recommend this practice.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, & Front Desk People are not trained, & have no MEDICAL BACK ROUND @ ALL.. My spouse had a 10:45an appointment we got there @ 10:26am. I was not TOLD til 11:15am that PA was running behind, yet patient w/11:00 got to go back while we waited. My spouse on O2 & I had enough to get thru appointment but @ 11:15 I was told it would be another half hour. We left w/o seeing Dr & ran out of O2 10 minutes before we got home I worked Medical for 25 years & we communicated w/ PT if Drs fan late and gave them choice to reschedule or wait unless it was a post op.patient
