Ron Bauleke founded MDS Staffing in 2000. For 18 years, Ron served as the Placement Director at Minneapolis Drafting School (now Herzing College.) Ron is a graduate of the Minneapolis Drafting School and has worked as an architectural and structural drafter. Ben King joined us in 2003 as an Account Manager.
