Ive received a very poor service today for being a new patient I dont recommend these people the front desk girls are rude rude. On top of
All they coded it the billing wrong so for a simple acne consultation they charged me almost $200 in the middle of this pandemic not nice at all. Please lets not supports businesses like this. There are many dermatologist that are really good but small lets support those.

I am not one to leave reviews but I left this office in tears this morning. I have been going to this office for 10 years! I went to have a routine check up and I was greeted by the rudest and least compassionate office staff I have ever met. I had a problem with my new insurance. I wanted to make sure that it was verified prior to going back for my appointment because I didnt want to have any issues with billing. They told me that it was not verified and that I had to self-pay. I called my insurance company and I do in fact have insurance as I knew. They were providers. Information mustve

I arrived 10 minutes early with my new patient forms already filled out; I handed it to the front desk staff and they quickly checked me in. I waited and waited and waited and they finally called me back 30 min later than my appointment time. The young lady that brought me back was super nice and asked me everything she needed so Dr. Hernandez could see me. From the moment Dr. Hernandez walked in it was made clear to me that they were running behind with patients. I went to Dr. Sonne for fillers and botox. He is so amazing at what he does and what a wonderful bed side manner, very kind man. I was starting to really have sagging in my face and feeling quite down about myself, I walked out of his office yesterday and almost cried in 1 hour Dr. Sonne took years off my face and gave me so much confidence. I'm not overdone at all, I went to work today and nobody had a clue they just said I looked really rested and pretty. Thank you so much for a job well done!
