I went to see Dr Engel, DC (AKA, The Spine Whisperer) in April 2018 for debilitating pain and immobility with a diagnosis of degenerative disk disease, spinal stenosis, sciatica and piriformis syndrome. In less than a year Dr. Engel helped restore my mobility and reduce my pain with the gentle adjustment tool, The Activator, and custom-made orthotics, Foot Levelers. I’ve been to many chiropractors who used a harsh “hands on” approach to spinal adjustment, but not Dr. Engel. He only lays his hands on me to pat me on the back!
