I recently got my car serviced and thoroughly appreciated the representative that assisted me (John B.) I am also grateful for the complimentary service of them loaning a car, because being pregnant and having to wait at the dealership is like playing Russian roulette in addition to the fact that it took some time to figure out what the issue was. I felt confident in not only the information that was provided but that the team was doing all that they could to get to the root of the issue. My husband and I had a great no pressure experience from the beginning to the end of our purchase. Our awesome salesperson Fred was straight forward and very knowledgeable about the subaru outback. He found us the color we wanted and lucky for us it was already in route and placed it on hold for us. Ty gave us a reasonable trade in value for our truck and worked out payments that fit our budget. Darren was great and got us through the paperwork quickly. Simply amazing all around.

I tried the express service which does not require an appointment. My tire had a slow leak and I was anxious to handle the problem be returning to work. I checked in and within 30 minutes the source of the leak was discovered and repaired. I was thrilled that a new tire was not required. The service team did an excellent job.
