Deb is the most professional, knowledgeable and personable Brand Specialist you will ever come across in the car business. Last week my wife and I exchanged our q5 and leased a new car with Deb Lessin. She was fantastic - super friendly, efficient and helpful. We exchanged our old car with our new one, completed all paperwork and received a full tutorial on the car and new features and were on our way all in less than an hour and a half. Highly recommend.
