Insurance

We ask for both medical and vision insurance when scheduling your appointment because we want your insurance company/companies to pay as much as possible, leaving your money in your pocket. We do our best to verify your coverage before your appointment, but we need your help! Your insurance company requires us to have the insurance plan name, ID number and member demographics in order to gather benefit information, so please have that info handy.
