Their staff accomplishes this with legal aid to people with disabilities, protection of the rights through the courts and justice system, advocacy of laws and public policies that protect and advance the rights of people with disabilities.

As our firm has both a transactional and a litigation practice, fees and costs vary and are somewhat dependent upon the type of case for which we are employed. For many of our services we may provide reduced fees to members of the Texas Legal Protection Plan (TLPP), HYATT Legal Services or ARAG Legal Protection Plan, Consolidated Legal Concepts Incorporated (CLC), where appropriate.
