You have the option of taking someone's spot if you choose to wait and see if an appointment doesn't show up and doesn't call. Appointments will have priority. However, you have the responsibility of being on time. If you do not show up 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment, you will lose your spot (and given to a Walk-in.)
