I went here to get my lashes done for my wedding because this salon came highly recommended. They gave me an appointment with someone that was brand new, which should have been my first sign to be skeptical and ask for someone else since I told them when I booked it that this was for my wedding. It took her a LOT of time to do the set, and when I finally looked in the mirror, my eyes were totally uneven and not what I asked for. I have fragile, sensitive, sparse lashes and a mono-lid. I'm not an easy candidate for lash extensions but I insist on getting volume lashes on a regular basis because, you only live once. I've been to a dozen lash boutiques in the city and Envious Lash is the best I've experienced. It's clean, consistent, and my lashes look like dynamite. I once got a refill in LA while I was traveling, and the aesthetician said she'd never seen such great work. My lashes last for weeks and I don't feel any pinching during service. I have used this place before and their eyelash extensions were decent. I had an appointment today, however, and had to cancel due to an exposure to Covid-19. They indicated that they had to charge me a $75 cancellation fee because I cancelled in less than 24 hrs. I explained that I only received the notification that I was exposure the previous evening and the text message confirmation does not give an option to cancel, just to confirm. They told me that I could come in regardless of my exposure as the technician was vaccinated despite the fact that I was told to quarantine for 10 days by NYS
