Although Potpourri Boulangerie has been closed for the most part of 2020 due to the pandemic, our mission remains the same. We have taken this time to amplify our already beautiful shop.

Being raised in the family business of Potpourri of Silk. Chef, Andrs Barreiro has always found the culinary world fascinating. Every angle has had a unique attraction to him. From building design, restaurant concepts, front-of-the-house setup, to kitchen mise-en-place.
After graduating from Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, TX, Chef Andrs spent a year working in Destin, FL at Cuvee Bistro, feeding a hunger to learn more French cuisine techniques.Later, heading north to Chicago, but south for cuisine. Staging at Rick Bayless' XOCO for two weeks. The Mexican culinary field expanded his view of food.
