Rob and his team did inspections for me on residences where I have been both a buyer and seller. I found them thorough, very personable and they took the time to walk around and show me what they had found and explain the impact. As a buyer, I was impressed. As a seller, I thought their assessment was fair and well explained. The reports are well presented and available as a summary of with full detail. That was a nice bonus.
