We were considering a house to buy and had David come out for an inspection. The seller didnt appreciate us having an inspection done and David handled it like a pro. He just did his job, the one we asked him to do. David came out to the house on short notice and did a thorough job. He provided the written report quickly. By the time he left we knew everything we needed to know in order to make our decision. In the end we decided against buying the house. If we find another house we would use David again. Inspector David's response was incredibly prompt, and the inspection happened soon after my agent got in touch with him. David went through the house with me in person in very thorough fashion and observed COVID safety protocols at all times. Soon after the inspection, David provided a detailed and in-depth report.
