My lovely dentist. Loving and caring. Firm when she needs to be. She's also equipped with the ozone, which I was used to from Europe and surprisingly it was quite hard to find a dentist who works with it here in Bay Area. I've been in her care for more than 5 years and have no issues with my teeth since then. I was very lucky to find her.

Finally a dentist who cares about my overall health and not just the teeth. Very pleased with the materials and equipment being used which are personally well researched by Dr Yesin. We know so little about the toxicity of some of the modern filling materials but I feel confident that in this office, I will get the best available.

My kids and I have been working with Dr. Yesin for years and we think she’s great. I appreciate her focus on kids’ integrative care: rather than removing crowded teeth to make space she uses a method that guides the palate and teeth to grow more spaciously, retaining all the teeth and giving them beautiful smiles to boot. This is a gentler and more inexpensive alternative to what most orthodontists usually resort to. She’s kind and personable and we like working with her.

Avoid this dentist. Came here to have my teeth cleaned. During examination she removed one of my fillings!! Even chuckled while she did this. Caused me great pain and agony. I could not get a follow up appointment with her to have this addressed. One of her assistants was especially rude to me complaining of the quality of my teeth. Turns out I have a genetic condition that caused my decay but guess they are only use to clients with perfect teeth. Had to go to another dentist to get that tooth removed. Would never recommend.

This place is a joke. Dr. Yasin is nice but my experience with the office has been a nightmare. When I wanted to make an initial appointment it literally took me months to reach a front desk person. When I finally got my teeth scanned for Invisalign, I never heard from them that the results had returned. I called them and they were like "oh yeah, the results are ready, you should come in." We have been Dr. Yesin's patients for a long time and absolutely love her. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, always takes her time to explain things and never pushes you to do things you are not comfortable with. We have been to many dentists in the past and trust Dr. Yesin wholeheartedly. She takes great care of our teeth and tries to save them with the most conservative treatment. Dr. Yesin has very good hands and always provides us with dietary and hygiene suggestions and alternative strategies to try to heal ourselves. Came here all the way from Sacramento. Dr. Yesin is amazing. She explained every detail and filled my daughters cavity promptly.
She did ozone to disinfect the tooth: I love that she's into basic health. Sleep, good quality food and self care goes a long way to not only let you healthy...but keep your teeth healthy.

It was easy to schedule and she fit in the filling, even though we were just here for a consultation.

Highly recommend Dr. Yesin and all of the phenomenal dental hygienists in her staff. Finally a dentist who takes a whole body approach to dentistry. She understands how your teeth connect to other parts of your body and cause a ripple effect. She is a perfectionist in her field!

Dr. Yesin is the best Integrative Dentist I have ever gone to. My husband and I were patients of hers for 3 years before moving out of the area. During the time we were her patients she successfully removed several mercury fillings which dramatically improved my health. She and her staff are very professional and take the time to explain everything before any cleaning or dental procedure. I can't seem to find a dentist as good as Dr. Yesin in the area that I moved to so I may make the commute back to San Francisco, just so she can take care of our teeth.

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Yesin and do not recommend her. Additionally beware, Dr. Yesin does not accept any dental insurance. I see another dentist and Dr. Yesin covered for him when he was away for a while. I did not mind since I trusted my dentist would leave his patients in capable hands. My 2 kids and I have been going to Dr. Yesin for a few years now and she has always been honest and knowledgeable about the things that need to be done for our teeth. She takes time to listen to the problem and presents good solutions.

When my daughter was 5 years old, she saved my daughter's teeth from getting root canal and amalgam fillings recommended by another dentist. Since then we have been her loyal patients.

Her staff is always nice, smiling and helpful when I have questions. The office is clean and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend her as your family dentist.

Very unprofessional! Dont waste your time here. She took care of orher clients during my appointment and forgot to complete my dental care properly. Left decay under my filling and lets her son work there under the table and he is terrible with profesionally dealing w clients important dental health. Especially if you are Chronically Ill or in need of Important Dental Care avoid this clinic at all costs. She is the very basic dentist but not efficient at all and runs around w multiple patients at a time lacking personal care for each individual and forgets what you came in for but takes your money

I am thrilled with the care and advise I've received from Dr. Yesin. I initially went to her in hopes of dealing with significant gum issues without surgery. She really listened and then provided me with dietary and hygiene suggestions and alternative strategies to try to heal myself. She was very honest with me about the condition of my gums and teeth; the next step being a DEEP teeth cleaning. A few days after seeing the hygienist, I experienced some localized pain around one tooth. Dr. Yesin fit me in immediately and pinpointed exactly what the problem was and personally cleared it

It sucks writing a negative review of Dr.Yesin and her office because she does seem to be a good caring person, but my experience with her work and her office is the same as some other negative reviews.
My recommendation is to see Dr.Yesin if you have relatively good teeth and want a holistic dentist as a preventative measure - she is very knowledgeable about good dental nutrition and does not push fluoride on you like most conventional dentist. However, for more complicated work such as crowns or deep fillings or if you have bad teeth, I would not recommend her.

Dr Barbara Baum is an amazing dentist/person. From the moment I met her, I knew I was in the best of hands. She did a great deal of work in my mouth. Everything she did is perfect. She did crowns, fillings, post implant crowns, cleaning. Dr Baum does all this with extremely qualified, but tender, hands. The staff is warm and compassionate, also. I'm very thankful to Dr. Baum and Integrative Dentistry for restoring my teeth to the best they've ever been.

I would give Svetlana 100 stars if I could!! I had a real aversion to dentists due to a bad experience with a dentist several years ago. I finally had to go in due to a filling going bad. Svetlana quickly and easily replaced my old amalgam filling with a new composite filling. She walked me through the process, told what to expect, walked through the safety precautions around removing amalgam fillings and then did a spectacular job replacing my filling. It was 100% pain-free from start to finish. I never in my life thought I would say I enjoyed a trip to the dentist, but I really did. Svetlana

Went in due to recurring pain in a lower molar I had chipped sometime ago. Got teeth cleaned. Which I'm never a fan of; the cleaning was relatively fast and felt thorough. Mind you, I haven't been to a dentistin over 3 years.

I appreciated her advice regarding improving my gut health by consuming cultured foods. The pain with my tooth though not pinpointed was along the immune / digestive meridian which is how/why cultured food was suggested. We laughed quite a bit and talked some good story. I am very appreciative

I originally found Dr.Yesin while searching for a biological Dentist. Biological Dentists along with having Dentistry doctorates, are also aware of natural safe practices and avoid using harmful chemicals and materials.

Her expertise was able to save a tooth of mine that several other offices just pointed me toward a root canal for. More recently I had an old amalgam filling come out while flossing. Dr.Yesin is knowledgeable about the chemicals in old dental work and immediately asked me important questions like had the filling been accidentally swallowed (which thankfully it had not).

So here's the deal - I've got no issues with the care that I received here. Dr. Baum is a reasonably efficient and careful dentist that I was perfectly happy with.

The bureaucratic side of things is kind of a nightmare though. I worked with one receptionist to super carefully max out my dental plan without having to pay anything on top.

The receptionist disappears, I get an insane bill from these guys because I apparently got 8 fillings done in one go (sounds kind of weird, given that I've never had more than 3 done at a time before, but okay...) and find out that they spent so

Searching for a dentist is like searching for an auto mechanic you trust! So difficult and time consuming! I can honestly say, that Dr Yesin is a diamond in the rough and I'm beyond thankful I found her!

She is super knowledgable, calm, interesting and professional. She uses a holistic approach to dentistry which is the idea that the body and all it's components are connected to one another. Absolutely true.

My visit with Dr. Yesin was mostly positive, except that when it came up that I was a vegetarian, she basically derided it as an unhealthy habit for my teeth. By the end of the visit, she seemed perplexed to find that my teeth were perfectly healthy.

If Dr. Yesin is going to make patients uncomfortable in such a way, I have no plans to return to her office.

My aunt and uncle are both dentists. I've been blessed with excellent teeth and dental care with no trauma in my life. I'm not scared to go to the dentist.

That said, a lot of dentists have tried to scare me and to sell me expensive products. Invisiline braces, really? I've also paid a lot of money for the assistant to clean my teeth.

Here's what Dr. Yesin did not do, which I am grateful for:
Insist on X-rays: She said that she prefers to keep her patient's exposure to a minimum. She trusted when my last x-ray was and did a visual / physical exam. She did ask for a copy

I have been with Dr. Yesin for over 5 years and she fixed all my mistakes done by other dentists.
First time I came to her with a horrible front tooth filling job and she fixed it and the tooth has been fine ever since. She is very precise and I love the way she works. Dr. Yesin is friendly, honest and answers all your questions and gives you options. I would not dare to go to anybody else.
