Excellent company. Scott Sims was our Salesman and was very helpful as we picked out 2 different carpets for our home. Had two different installers and both were great. Really appreciated their attention to detail and cleaning up afterwards. Kudos to Bowling and their associates.

Bowling's Carpet were great to deal with. I would recommend them and use them again. Their install team headed by John Wayne (his actual name) were outstanding! They were fast, paid attention to every detail, and were a pleasure to have in our home. If you are looking for a company to replace your carpet, then go to Bowling's Carpet.

Let me start by saying that I love my carpet. It's beautiful, the pad is good, & I'm happy with how it looks. That being said, I was not happy with the installation service. Communication was very poor. We received no updates unless we inquired ourselves, even when it came to confirming our install date. They called to let me know they were coming the morning of that first day and I asked for updates at the time because we were not yet residing there, which I was assured I would have, and then never received.
Installation took a day longer than anticipated which would've been fine if they would
