We have had a terrible experience with your company. We have paid thousands of dollars to have our entire house refloored. The installation process of our wood flooring and stairs was to begin on November 8, 2021, and was scheduled to be completed on November 19, 2021. If you are getting carpet in Cincinnati go to McSwains on Beechmont and ask to work with Mr. Lee Jones. I was in the store to look at samples ONLY as we are building a home out of state and cannot purchase from McSwain. Mr. Jones went above and beyond a the while knowing I would not be purchasing from McSwain. He not only showed me the samples I wanted to see, but look up pricing allowing me to compare, and made some recommendations for alternative options. He also helped me learn more about carpets to understand various materials and the impact on wear. Mr. Jones was upfront, honest, and respectful

My husband and I had finally made the daunting decision to replace the flooring in our entire home. We purchased carpet as well as vinyl flooring.
