I attended Dr. Kuzuko's FIR Onnetsu Therapy Training. The first hour, instead of teaching, Dr. Kuzuko had us (3 of us) read from a small electronic tablet. It contained similar information I had already read from her website. The next hour she took us through a meditation in which she said that ALL meditation taught in the United States was about just sitting and doing nothing. I knew this was not true because I had experienced many excellent meditation teachers who don't just teach you to sit and do nothing. I found the meditation that she taught to be nothing unique just a combination
