Currently living at The Meyden and I'm loving it! Great location and plenty of resident functions. Central AC for these increasingly hot summers is a huge plus! Sheesh!!!

Most of the positive reviews are from people who are currently living in "The Meyden". This is understandable. When we lived there we didn't have any problems with our apartment, maintenance, and the management. But when we moved out after 3.5 years of living there we were charged more than $6k for what they call "damages" but it is more like wear actually (in our case the largest charge is related to stains on the countertop. It is very sensitive and absorbs colors very well). There are multiple similar reviews about this apartment complex and seems like it is a common practice there in "The Meyden

Multiple people shared they stories of being charged for $5000-$12000 when trying to break a lease or because of some normal wear and tear damage to the property why they lived there. Be prepared, I guess, take pictures and make a walkthrough checklist of all the pre-existing issues.

I have stayed as the Meyden for two years and just moved out (my personal reason), and my overall experience here was fantastic. Absolutely had a great memory here. Special shout-out to Michael Clevenger for being the shining property manager, he rocks! During the past few years, with a warm heart, he was always so patient and love to help residents solving problems, answering questions with his passion and proficiency; and he made my move-out experience much smoothly too. Ive been at the Meyden since it opened (almost 5 years). I truly enjoyed the building and area but safety, security and customer service has declined over the past couple of years. Break-ins have been happening more often, most recently the gated resident parking garage, including our storage unit with several items of ours stolen, destroyed and contaminated with feces. Very little support from the property other than call your renters insurance. Unfortunately there is little room to negotiate anything (e.g., lease termination) without the expectation for nearly $8,000, and Ive negotiated
