I was hired through OpTech for a Business Systems Analyst position. The process was seamless and my recruiter worked with me from start to finish to get me the best rate and benefits. I really enjoyed the process, compared to some of the larger companies I have worked with in the past. They care about their future employees and it shows. I had my personal information messed with and someone from the company tried to blame me for their error, received telephone calls after business hours, and at the beginning of my assignment there was confusion about what time work started!

Very rude operator. It is hard to reach anybody other than the operator. When connected, all you get is a voice mail. Do not return call on time. Stay away from this agency.
