If it had -10 star thats what this place would get! After applying for a job through Talascend and Directly for an employer. I got a call directly from the employer set up an interview. After meeting with the recruiter they reached out to the employer as well. Since I already had set up an interview with the employer there wasn't much that Talascend could do. But because I met with the recruiter Talascend advised the employer that they should work directly with them and not to connect me directly because they have invested so much time in me. May I remind you I met the recruiter for 10 mins for

Horrible place to work for! The benefits are ridiculously expensive. No 401k match or company addition of any type. The CFO is not pleasant person unless you are a man. No room for upward mobility. No structured training. This company has a revolving door for employees. Overall avoid working for TALASCEND.
