I was impressed with the service Dan provided. He was on time and called 10 minutes out. He was professional and polite and knows the requirements of his job. The repair and maintenance cost was reasonable. Ok

Guaranteed Door answered the phone, showed up as promised, and came with all parts required to complete work. I was particularly happy that not only did they fix my problem ( a missing weather seal ) but took the time to repair a few minor problems and re-work the door brackets so that I can now replace the seal myself in the future.

You can trust the owner of Guaranteed Door Service in Prescott to fully meet your garage door needs! I've had issues relating to power outages over the past year which messed up my opener. The first time, the technician fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. Most recently, it was more difficult to resolve the matter, so the owner involved and personally came up with a great solution. The company can install many garage door opener brands. You can buy a Marantec or LiftMaster from Guaranteed or just pick one up locally and call them for installation. Great company!
