Positive:Professionalism
I waited to post review after heavy rains (Jan 1st) weekend. The crew installed eight windows. No leaks. They were professional and on time. Angel/Jeremy/John did great work. I would use them again.

Customer service is terrible..
Made an appointment & they rescheduled for the next day without notifying me. The next day I waited for them to show up and they never did.. There was never a phone call, email or text explaining or to reschedule. I went with someone else instead.

This business is owned by one Adam Sharp, but is no businessman... Sharp Glass was recommended to me by a friend and initially, the exchange between Mr Sharp and myself was OK. He came out for an estimate (which too several days). When I did get the estimate, I (and my friend) thought that it was abit high and I contacted Mr Sharp on this. I also didn't want two windows replaced that he'd included in his estimate, so that would dramatically change his estimate... He seemed to take offense at my asking to revise my estimate, and his parting shot was: "I'll get back to you!"

Sharp Glass was perfect for our needs. Adam Sharp is the owner and, for now, sole employee. Adam met us at our home on time and ready for measuring two custom glass shower door installs.
Adam has a business relationship with Wholesale Shower Doors of Tucson. Adam does the measurements and installs. We purchased the two shower doors directly from John at Wholesale Shower Doors. All of John's pricing and shower door options are on his website. This is a no brainer. There were no middlemen and we dealt directly with John and Adam, so the job was done to expectation and in a timely
