I'm a 35-year-old health and wellness coach and owner of The Lyons' Share Wellness. I live in Dallas with my husband, Kevin (we met on move-in day at Harvard 17 years ago, and started dating two weeks later!) and our adorable dogs, Maverick and Riley. My passion in life is helping others feel amazing, inside and out.

The more whole foods, the better. I believe in fueling up on as many vegetables as possible - they give us energy, prevent disease, help maintain a healthy weight, and improve digestion. There's simply no better food on the planet. After that, every person is unique- some do well with meat, others tolerate grains; some need to prioritize an anti-inflammatory diet, others need help reducing sugar.
