Athlete Sport Specific Training

The idea behind SandersFit Sport specific training is to provide an advanced training program that will enhance the strength and conditioning of athletes in a way that will benefit them and make them better in their respective sports. By this we mean, designing a program based on your sport, needs, goals, position, injury history and schedule.
Physical Therapy

Here at SandersFit Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation you will receive one-on-one patient care from a licensed and experienced physical therapist, no aides or assistants. All patient care is done in an individualized personal setting catering to your needs and goals as a patient and person. Dr. Miller's approach to physical therapy is that of a holistic nature focusing on the patient as a whole being and not just an injury or ailment.
Cryotherapy
