Charisse is very professional but also very personable. She was definitely on my side, working for the best possible offer for me. She is also 'real', she listens and understands where you are coming from, and how to make the best of your situation. I trusted her almost immediately. 8 years ago I was looking to relocate to VA and a friend told me about imatters. I told myself it couldn't hurt to give this company a try. Charisse was very professional and responsive. She kept in touch with me regarding my relocation, and had a interview already lined up for me. To my surprise, she had already negotiated my pay! I was shocked, I asked was this a temp job, she responded "No Patricia, this is permanent position, and I think you will do well in VA. Now, all you have to do is get to VA".
