Dave is very friendly and professional. There's no need to show up every morning and fight for a ticket. After the initial registration, you just need to let them know you are available every couple days (by phone) and they post tickets with details to you the night before so you can accept or decline and know whether or not there's work without the scramble. As long as you always show up, there may not always be work, but you can depend on honesty about what is available and fair pay, too.
