Most unprofessional svices I have ever experienced. I am 67 years old , made appointment over two weeks prior to visite I explain all my information . I said I only have Medicare part A &B and will pay %20 . She took all my info and said no problem just come by 15 min be for appointment . Hi waited fir over two weeks drive 45 min and walked to block . After filling all my paperwork . Waited nearly 20 min than they I can not be seen because is my first time there . They are very rude . Do not wast your time . I believe there Doctors are just as bad of the staff

Chic urban oasis, lots of variety on the spa menu to choose, Instagram worthy decor, went to celebrate a special occasion and it felt special! Only wish they had more space felt a bit crowded. Sigh that's NYC for ya.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I had a scab that wouldn't go away, went to the derm here and they said to "keep an eye on it" and it kept getting worst and they wouldn't see me during covid bc it wasn't an "emergency." Fast forward to two weeks ago and I ended up getting a concussion and see my general physician who noticed it right away and immediately did a biopsy and it was cancer. I've also shown up when my appointment was "cancelled" on their end with no calls -- that means driving the 30 minutes there, parking, being in a hospital during covid only to have to walk out.
