Out of the different agents we have used to manage our rental property, Perchak Property Management was the most disappointing by far. We were referred to this company through a realtor friend, so our first impression was favorable and that kept us working with the company
longer (terminated early after 8 months) than we would have otherwise.
Issues with Perchak Propertys a lack of professionalism appeared fairly early on, such as not including instructed terms in the rental contract, not reporting the number of keys given to the new tenants, not keeping a copy of the new tents walk-in

Don't bother cleaning personally or professionally at the time of moving out. They will charge you regardless !!

John Perchak and team helped us review and select from a number of potential tenants and almost 7 years later we still have the same wonderful family in our home. When repairs needed to be done, team Perchak selected professionals and ensured the work was done in a timely manner. You can expect monthly deposits to your account as well as monthly and annual reports, which help when filing tax your tax return. Professinal, Very cost effective and Immediate responce to any Tenant related issues
gave me a 100% peace of Mind for the duration of the deal for me. I unfortunately moved
