Giff Fisher has been a fixture of the Sandhills food scene since the late 70's when he had to take over a BBQ for three hundred people after the hired chef passed out. Over the next few years he repeated this task many times, honing his culinary skill with a charcoal grill. Soon, People were asking if he could do other things.

With extensive travel in the U.S., Europe and South America, through some of the best and worst bars and restaurants; life experience was a great teacher not restricting him to a particular style of cooking.
