So happy I chose this salon! The attractive, positive & clean environment made me feel completely comfortable. I chose Ashley to enhance my brows & she did a BEAUTIFUL job! I'm so disappointed with both my eyebrows and the service I received from Defining Beauty. This business was highly recommended by a friend, but sadly, it was not a good experience. When I had the initial service done, the staff failed to mention that if you intend to use either a debit or a credit card to pay, they charge 3% of the purchase price- which adds up quickly. This would have been nice to know BEFORE the appointment as I hate fees and would have brought cash. Second, the touch-up which needs to be done about 6 weeks later is NOT included in the price of the procedure. So, after the procedure
