Dr. Phansalkar is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology (ABPN) & Diplomate of American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM). He is the Medical Director of New England Counseling Center. After his psychiatry training at Cork University in Ireland, he completed his residency training in Psychiatry from Louisiana State University (LSU) at Shreveport.

Any paperwork from your previous psychiatrist or previous psychiatric hospital (such as discharge papers etc.) Patients are charged $50.00 for missed appointments unless the appointment was cancelled 24 hours or more in advance. Insurance will not pay a missed appointment charge for you, so please make every effort to inform us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.
