The design of the units is great and they respond to issues quickly for the most part.
The issue with them is the TERMITES . You pay a premium for their units only to realize there is a termite INFESTATION. This issue they have NOT handled this quickly and is on going. They offered to move everyone out to treat but it would cost the tenants hotel rates to vacate in addition to rent which is absurd.
There is also a fire hazard out of the parking garage. The stairs do not lead to the street and you are forced to climb over gates to get out. Not ADA compliant.
