Our process includes hand-harvested Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, extended aging sur lie for 18+ months, and traditional bottle fermentation. This creates complex flavor profiles with fine bubbles and balanced acidity, earning international recognition including Wine Spectator awards.

I recommend doing their sparkling wine flight, as this is what they are known for. We had a reservation to taste at the "cave" room. When we got there there service was a bit lacking, having to wait to even be greeted and to get someone to take our order after being seated. The girl who served us did not seem too friendly at the time but then realized she just had a dry personality and as we engaged her in conversation, we got to see her trying, smiling more and more pleasant. I really enjoyed the flight, which included a sparkling rose. The pours are generous, and after we enjoyed

Great facility with many interesting seating areas, indoors and out. Many spots were reserved so good idea to phone ahead esp for private (and romantic) room. Lovely bubbly. Flights available.

Great experience here. Gruet is known for their sparkling wines. I recommend doing a custom flight where you choose 4 wines to try. They don't serve food but you are allowed to bring outside food. Very nice indoor/outdoor seating areas and great service from the staff. If you are visiting from out of town, they sell wine travel bags (for airplane) for $2.99 so that helps if you plan to buy a bottle and bring it on a plane. Also, if you like green chiles, try the green chile jam. It's incredible!!

They were very busy during the balloon festival so the service wasn't as quick or personable as I've had at other wineries but great experience and would recommend trying if you are in the area.

The wine was okay at best. Their reds are overpriced for what they are. I was disheartened at the rude and condescending service we received. It left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable anniversary.
