DON'T go. I could only make an appointment from Klara which patients are not happy with. 1. They gave me wrong address. but no way to call them cuz if you call the office they wont answer the phone. you have to figure it out the correct address. 2. I have to re do the blood work. no one told me that i need to wait 4-5 wks after 1st blood work even when i get results from Klara. When i arrived at the dr office around lunch time (on time) without any food or drink in the morning, they told me you have to come back again. I came too earlier. I have to wait at least 4weeks. Why no one mention about

Ive been with Westside Family Medicine for several years now (gone to all three locations which includes Harlem, UWS and UES) and its seem to be getting worse and worse. The latest incident has made me a little upset. You can only book through the phone or their text messaging system (Klara). Called a few weeks before for a immunization shot but they can only schedule a visit a week out. Okay, scheduled an appointment a week before via Klara and they confirmed. Took the day off from work because I am not working in the city and remotely. The system even sent me a SMS and email to confirm

Oh this place is just the best. Incredible bedside manner, very friendly, and caring. Every doctor and nurse practitioner I've encountered at this practice (all three locations) has been wonderful, really the very best. Very easy to get same-day or same-week appts. Highly recommended!

Ive been a patient at Westside Family Medicine for years now. Over the years, Ive seen several doctors and nurse practitioners on staff for everything from basic checkups, Ob Gyn, various illnesses, weight loss/physical fitness counseling and, most recently, for a severe depression. I must say, Ive had many doctors over the years and in different parts of the country (since Ive moved around a lot.) and the Westside doctors and nurse practitioners are by FAR the most attentive, caring and communicative caregivers Ive met. What I most appreciate is the philosophy of the practice.

My husband and I had appointments with Kimberly Dy and we felt comfortable and taken care of during the entire visit. The staff at the front desk was efficient and friendly but we did not feel rushed. Thank you for being a care team that listens to their patients.
