Heel Pain
Specialized treatment for heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis, bursitis, and tendon issues. Our approach combines physical therapy, custom orthotics, and advanced techniques like cold laser therapy to reduce inflammation and promote healing. Patients receive personalized treatment plans addressing both immediate pain relief and long-term prevention strategies.
Orthotics
Custom-molded orthotic devices designed to correct foot alignment issues and relieve pressure points. We create personalized orthotics for conditions like flat feet, bunions, and arch pain using precise measurements and gait analysis. These devices help improve foot function while preventing progression of existing conditions.
Physical Therapy
One-on-one physical therapy sessions focused exclusively on foot and ankle recovery. Our therapists use manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound to restore mobility and strength. Treatment plans address both acute injuries and chronic conditions, with emphasis on returning patients to their normal activities.
Plantar Fasciitis
Comprehensive treatment for plantar fasciitis including stretching programs, night splints, and shockwave therapy. We address contributing factors like poor footwear and biomechanical issues while providing immediate pain management strategies. Most patients experience significant improvement within 6-8 weeks of conservative treatment.
Achilles Tendonitis
Non-surgical management of Achilles tendon injuries through eccentric strengthening programs, manual therapy, and activity modification. Our approach combines traditional techniques with modern treatments like neuromuscular reeducation to restore tendon function and prevent recurrence in both athletes and active individuals.

Ant podiatrist who is the team physician for the New York Knicks and treated Patrick Ewing as a long time patient has got to know his stuff. Dr. Brunetti knows his stuff. I am a satisfied patient. Quick appointment, good bedside manner, caring office staff too.

Dr Brunetti was very friendly but does not perform the services I needed for toenails. I will, therefore, not be returning.
