So frustrated when my skin condition get worse after two visits here. The doc cant tell what is the reason caused the infection. Just let me go visit her again when the condition gets worse, wasting money and time. Longest wait for calling front desk.

Use think love the dermatologist office, November of 2020 made an appt and still have yet to be seen! 5 appts have had to be rescheduled!!!!!!! 4 of which the dr went on vacation, today was because of covid exposure(understandable). Needless to say they have lost a patient now! Good luck with getting in to see anyone!

Dr Neil Fernandes is an excellent and exceptional dermatologist that I have ever been to. He is very knowledgeable and quickly helped me with my problems which several other doctors couldnt! The way he listens and pays attention to every detail is extremely commendable! If I could give Infinite stars I will give it for him. I am that impressed!

They called and canceled an appoint that I had the message said call this number to reschedule I called the number and was on hold listening to rediculas messages over and over again for 20 minutes when some one finally answered I cancelled my appt will find a different doctor that answers the phone in a timely manner!
