I have been trying to get medical records for two days now. I was told that information is in their old system and the person I talked to said she didnt know how to get into the old system. She told me shed call me back same day and like I said no call back yet. Super disappointed. I wont be coming back

Called to reschedule because I woke up sick. I was told if I cancel same day they will never schedule me again. It does not seem very responsible to risk someone's health and the health of everyone in the office.

I called this office to get an appt as new patient, explained I take medication for ADHD have my medical records and am changing Dr after 10 years at PREV practice because my dr no longer there. I was asked about my insurance and I told them I would be cash pay for one month but would have insurance next month and then they asked me to hold 10 minutes later she pretended not to hear me and hu so I called back spoke to another lady explained I just called was very rudely asked what meds I filled and then told they had no appointments for new patients till November 3 months from now seriously? And
