Eileen Scheib began baking her delicious Praline Bars over 30 years ago in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. In 2011 she established Eileen's Pralines with her husband Jack, so that everyone could enjoy her praline sensations. Texans across the state have fallen hats over boots for her special mix of honey graham crackers topped with brown sugar, butter, and Texas-grown pecans.
