Questions
What fishing licenses do I need for my trip?
All necessary fishing licenses are included in your charter fee. No additional permits required for standard recreational fishing.
What should I bring on my fishing charter?
Bring food, beverages, sun protection, and seasickness medication if needed. Polarized sunglasses recommended for flats fishing. Rods/reels and tackle provided.
Do you accommodate special dietary needs?
While we don't provide meals, we recommend The Conch Key Deli for customized options. Please inform us of any allergies when booking your trip.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Trips may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions. We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you 24-48 hours in advance if changes are necessary.
Can I keep the fish I catch?
Yes, we clean your catch for transport home. Size and bag limits follow Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission regulations to ensure sustainability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We require a 25% deposit by check or bank transfer. Final payments accepted via credit card or cash at the time of service.

We had a grand time with Captain Dan. We did 4 half days on yellow tail and snapper and caught a gracious plenty. He is very professional and cordial, knows his stuff, and full of great stories. What I most enjoyed was trading great book recommendations with him as he turned out to be an avid reader! You will have a great experience.

THANK YOU DAN!! Caught 25 mangrove snappers and 3 yellow tails with my group. Dan was nice enough to let us fish off his dock while he cleaned up our fish, and we caught our first tarpons and cudas. Will be back for more whenever were in Marathon

Never thought I'd see my picture on a fishing charter webpage but there we are with a huge king fish. Thanks to Captain Dan on a day the fish weren't biting well at all , he does know his stuff.

My wife and I did an all day charter with Dan, Sunday 8 Sep. We caught lots of Yellow Tails, some just under sized grouper, and several bigger fish that were stollen by sharks. I learned some new tactics that I'm going to try on my home reef off Hernando Beach. I caught an awesome Tarpon at his dock at the end of the day by following his guidance.

Planned this trip specifically to fish. Had "Capt. Dan" lined up to take us out our first day. Sent $100 deposit. Showed up and he wouldn't even answer his phone. Got 2 other people that knew him to call and he answered them. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $!!!

Dan goes over and above to make your fishing experience great! A great teacher for first-timers, but if you're a slow-learner like me, he has tons of patience and is right there to guide you! We had a great haul of snapper and a fun time!
