In 1984, the Coast Guard brought him to Key West, FL, where he worked as a crew member on a variety of vessels-from the 205-ft cutter UTE to a series of small boats at the station.

Captain Moe started building the fleet in 1998 after spending the better part of 12 years racing some of the largest sailing yachts in the world.
