Our clean, well-maintained, family-owned fitness center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have been in business since 1994 helping others reach their health and fitness goals. Whether your personal goal is cardiovascular fitness, firming and toning, weight loss, or natural body building, we have the equipment, classes and personalized plan to assist and motivate you to achieve fitness for a lifetime!
No membership is required! Any and all who wish to attend our classes are welcome to join us. The left entrance to the Fitness Zone opens directly into our gymnasium and classroom. It is opened approximately 15 minutes prior to each class so students who are not members may enter the building.

Our philosphy at the Fitness Zone is that everyone who wants to get fit should be able to get fit in a clean and comfortable environment. We offer a spacious and clean facility with top-level equipment that is well-maintained and frequently upgraded. We don't offer frills, just fitness. The best fitness in the stateline area.
Rates + Fees

All memberships require an initial $25 activation fee. You do not have to be a member to take advantage of classes or other services, such as Personal Training, Fitness Evaluations or Personalized Workouts. If your membership lapses and wish to re-join there ia a $10 re-activiation fee, but no $25 registrain fee will be applied.

The original dance party workout! Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and strength training in one 55 minute session. Can burn up to 800 calories. No membership is required! You don't have to be a member to take advantage of the many classes and services we have to offer. Our classes take place in a separate, sound-reducing gymnasium with its own entrance, so you don't need a door code to enter. The door is opened approximately 15 minutes prior to class start time. Just walk right in and join the fun!
